  1. That thing is dope Stan. I wish you made thoes things a month ago when I purchased the covers from ya. That would have finished up the polishing job nicely. I was looking for one like that with the three little handels like that, but all I could find were the ones that looked exactly like the stockers. I bet that thing ul look good all polished up.
  2. There kind of different. Is it something you can turn on and off? If so let me know, I'd prolly be game to try some out for a little cash.
  3. Why you gettin rid of it, just curious? I'm thinkin about gettin me one, but I'm havin a real hard time deciding on one.
  4. That 300 bucks can be well spent on other mods, maybe reeds, cool head ect. I'll keep these at least one more season seeing as there brand new.
  5. Its all math baby.
  6. Lots of people on this forum have had work done by jim and love his work, its just most of them from what I see use 34's. That might be tough on here for poeple to help with for that reason. Look into gettin some new carb. That motor is a monster that needs more fuel and air.
  7. Thats what I have and they work really well. I just usually dune around, but when I do drag and hill shoot I wish I had a set of haulers.
  8. Carbs, intake manifolds, Maybee a cool head.
  9. I'm shure Jim said to get new carbs 34's or so. Also if your just putting around in 5th or 6th gear its gonna take a while to get into your power. You should be cruzing in 3,rd or so. My bike will do the same thing if I'm riding around and forget what gear I'm in and punch and happen to be in to high a gear.
  10. Save the money for suspension. Theres no point in all that power with know way to controll it. Thats just my opinion, But its your choice.
  11. Do you have good suspension Already?
  12. How bout a bunch of marijuana leaves. That would be cool.
  13. Dude the way I read it was the banshee was the worst they said because of the poor tires. They used the bikes the exact same way they come off the show room floor. They said the tires would spin so much it was hard to get traction, thay even gave the banshee a head start and it still lost to both bikes up a sand dune or bowl or something like that. I'm also with loco on the idea that who ever pays the mag the most money will find there quad out in front, but these were all yamahas this time
  14. nob gobbel, thats great!!
  15. This guy is an effen clown. Sweet ride, sweet ride would be 69 ss camaro. Shiny stelth huh, arn't they dull in color? I think the only shiny jets are the blue angels.
  16. Might be there or at Gordons. Dont know yet.
  17. Thats one of the funniest things I've heard in a while loco. I'm gonna have to tell my bud that one, he'll get a kick out of that. Jet it off a cliff, Thats great.
  18. Do you know if that stuff really works? I have some pollished aluminum wheels on my truck and its really startin to chap my hide every damn weekend havin to polish thoes things up. Just wondering if you or anybody on here has tried it and how it works? They say that you should not have to polish the piece of aluminum for up to a year or more. I for some reason find that hard to belive, but hell, who knows.
  19. Hey guys, I know it aint a banshee, But my buddy has a craptor that I am going to help him Jet for his new pipe and k&n. I dont need help with the jetting but I was just wondering why every one recomends (for a yoshi) two different jet sizes? They all say 155 for left carb and 160 for right carb. Any body know why? Like I said, I know its not a banshee but I would way rather ask this ? over here than at the other place. You all know who I'm talking bout to. B.T.
  20. No it would be 340.
  21. That would be one of my choices as well. Or the YZF 450. Both awesom bikes. So what do you like, red or blue?
  22. Most people on here from what I can see are running V-FORCE reeds. When I port polish and carbs and all that hoha, I'm gonna run a set of V-FORCES.
  23. Too rich prolly. Go 32:1, thats a nice ratio.
  24. Should say on the bottle. My guess would be 32:1 or 40:1. Why Suzuki oil though?
  25. Steel wool should not scratch your finish if its chrome. I thought the same thing till I tried it on my toomeys and it woorks real well, in fact I keep some under my seat so i can scrub what ever melted on my pipes, be it rubber, skin or what ever.
