    This seems like an easy way for the average garage builder to plug and play a 4mil without a spacer plate. Its all about making it easy for the average Joe. Good marketing. I think that a stock stroke with a perfect squish and dome profile would be stronger, but hey... people like the word "4mil"... It sounds faster

    I have dipped a dirt bike tank and to my knowledge it is holding up well. I could do that tank in any pattern for $200 so it is a pricey option.
