  2. Im a fan of running alky. I have been all year with no issues. drags, dunes, trails its great. It is more forgiving in the jetting department cuase you can run them rich as hell and it still runs great. You use a ton more fuel, so that sucks for trail riding. You also have to purge your system with regular gas if you let it set for more than a couple days. Ohh yea, and it smells fantastic!!
  3. same thing happened to me this year at the dunes.. Pinned in 5th gear heading in for the day and BAM! Chain popped off, bolt got all twisted up. No good. Definately time for a roundhouse!

  8. If you have a stock "pusher" Loosen the 12mm nut that has the phillips head screw in the middle. Tighten/loosen the phillips head screw until the clutch arm nipple (on top of the case that moves with the clutch cable) lines up with the arrow on the case. From there, any final tweaks can be made at your clutch perch. Hope that helped! -JD

  15. Whats happenin fellas... Well the time has come to develop a website for myself. It is "JDSCUSTOMS.com" Before I can do anything, I need to set it up. Nothing fancy, just a cool site that shows what I offer. Pics of custom grilles, powdercoat work, etc... with prices next to the pictures and a phone number for ordering.   21. yea, these days shipping is just too expensive to have big stuff coated anywhere but locally. BUT if I can get u a crazy color that you just have to have, then it might be worth it. Im working on getting an electronic version of my colors. Ill keep u all updated on that! -JD
