  4. i used a sharpie to draw the pattern that i wanted and obviously did the same to the other side. then i busted out the dremel and went to town with it.after about 30 seconds youll be done with your fender, then do your other side.once i was done i had to sand all the shitty little chunks of plastic that melted and hardened again.it was probably the easiest thing i have ever done in my life, but thats just me

  11. well its about time.i finaly started the old non runnig nightmare 87 that i bought in october. i did a rebuild on the whole chasis (painted frame,new parts) and stripped the wiring harness to get rid of the tors and keyswitch and bolted a set of t5s on her and put some coolant in her and it started on the first kick! man does it sound nice,i only ran it for about 15 seconds to avoid roasting the motor but im so happy i got the pig finally running. once i rejet her shell be an animal!
  12. well a 2 stroke can be just as reliable as a thumper.it just depends on the maintenance on the machine and how you drive it.if you are a guy who holds the throttle pinned ALL the time, sure its going to overheat.and yes i would have to say that yamaha is probably going to can the banshee.4 strokes are the future for everything

  17. where else can you buy shorty levers without buying the whole perch, or do you just buy a cr/yz type lever and bolt it in. because ive looked high and low and cant find any shorty levers for a banshee

  20. i was wondering where i would be able to buy the rubber pipe seal (between pipe/silencer) instead of spending an arm and leg at the stealership? does anybody know what kind of material i would be able to buy at a hardware store that would work? thanks

  24. whats the difference between the 87 and 88 chains and sprockets compared to 89 to present? i need to replace mine and went on ebay and all thier stuff was for 89-02. would that setup work on my 87?
