Elka dune edition use the same shock body and 5/8" shaft as the full on race types just more plush dune specific valving. for the extra doe id go wtih the elkas. they will hold up better between rebuilds in my opinion, and give you higher resale value if ever u decide to sell the bike.

I was misquoting my fabricator its actually 11.8"s of travel. with a motion ration of 1:8 Sorry! as for the geometry being all wrong. Any of you guys thinking of stepping up to Long Travel on a banshee for duning or for any other type of riding. I would suggest giving the Guys at elka suspension a call, ask for "eric" one of their senior guys over their running the EXACT same banshee suspension as seen in the pics.

got some old cascade pipe clamps they are old school ones in good condition accept some one broke two of the screws in one of them, you can see they are sticking out the back and could be pulled and you would have a good set. asking 19$ to your door.

We destroyed an airbox so you can still run an overflow tank if you want to by mounting just the rear part of the airbox and mounting the coolant tank to it. I have had this for a while sitting in box, decided to just sell it. 8 bucks shipped.

We bought an engine from a local drag racer, he was going to build a big bore motor and gave us all these extra parts. with it was a set of pistons, he received from rick kermil mac dizzy. big bore pistons, I am not sure the size but took loots of pics and can answer any questions you have. they are pistons rings circlips wristpins. I have one sleeve but couldnt find the other. take 100bucks for everything. Or best offer.
