  1. Well i made it through day 2 and im doing good..my shortness of breath has almost completely dissapeared...i can do this!! haha

  7. Well i finally broke down a bought some T-5's like ive been wanting forever and im not so good at this jetting thing...i bought the kit which comes with needles and some 270's and 280's...where shoudl i start..im at sea level....im getting them friday so i can go ride this weekend!!

Thanks everybody..i think, wait i know i can quit picked up the habit a few years ago and havent stopped since...i stopped once for about a week while on vacation and smoked one after that i felt like shit..so maybe i can do that again..im tired of the chest pains and shortness of breath i get every few months..time to take action ill update everyone on how things are going..

My buddy has an 86 250r its white with pc'ed white frame and nerfs and swing arm, and nacs racing graphics...its pretty much all stock except for a CT pipe with FMF silencer and some polished parts on the motor...front beadlocks with holeshots and rear doulgas rims with shredders...he bought it used from a guy who never rode it...has maybe 4-5 hours on fresh rebuild only 2 tanks of gas ran through since he bought it..i think he'll take 3,000 for it...pm me or get back to me on here and if your serious i'll get some pics...this bike is extremely Clean, and well taken care of

Uni dual stage foam filter in the airbox...works best for me in all coniditions....the stock air filter was the reason for my first rebuild..junk ass shit.., a dual stage foam filter i think is the best you can get for all conditions, ive heard some things about k&n i didnt like....just make sure you keep it CLEAN,haha...even if your not sure it needs to be cleaned do it anywayz.....cheap insurance
  13. ive come to expect that from mine and alls i can say is either go to a 2 into 1 carb setup or get a stronger thumb....
  14. also T5's ive heard work good on stock motors and modded ones, so you have the option of doing more motor mods without changing pipes...T6's would be good if you planned to never do any motor work, they work their best on stock motors

  19. ive ridden a YZ450F with one and then ive ridden another bike (exactly the same) without one and to be honest i couldnt really tell the difference....but its your money do what you wish...only thing i dont like too much about them is that there self adjusting...i mean thats a good thing but when your clutch gets to be worn out it keeps adjusting itself and hard to tell when your clutch is getting smoked out...but thats jus my opinion.. plus if you read that only reduce pull UP to 20%...not worth the money jus for that...ill start working out if it gets that bad, haha but dont get me wrong im not downing them in anyway...good product...my buddy with the 450 loves it...its really rider preference
  20. i sold mine trying to get into flat track and just havent had the money to buy some more pipes....sometimes i wish i still had mine...that thing had some grunt on the low end...wheelie machine but like everyone else if your ride alot of mx or tight trails its awesome..
