if you buy any crf450r make sure it has all the update crank and piston. the 02-04 had problems with loosing cranks and breaking pistons. the new crf450rx is the shit...hell it's got out decompression built into the cams and you can start the damn thing with your hand....killer bike with a lot of hp stock....somewhere in the low 50 range.

you can run a 4mil without a spacer plate or porting....i can get you a new ims hot rod stock, long rod, or stroker....tell me your needs....or pm nyuk he might have what u need also....cheaper.
Simple.....box your motor up and send it to me...I'll fix it...charge you for what parts I put in it and send it back to you after I stick in a roller of mine.....and I work for a dealership that won't fuck you.
My LSR front end has 10 inches of travel with 15 1/2 inch long shocks. My old LOBO bike had almost 16 inches of travel with 19 1/4 inch long shocks. But with a long travel front end you have to run a 4+1 offset wheel so the lower arm doesn't hit the rim. If you got any questions about LT front ends...shoot me a pm...I'll do my best to help out.
