what kind of spacers ? what do u want them made out of ? might be able to do it if alum. will work kinda need more info . where i work we build alum. molds for plastic boat products almost everyting u see thats plastic in a boat we make it . might be able to help ya let me no ... jeff

did u unplug the 3 wire plugin on the left side under the tank next to the header ? what yr is his shee? i have a cdi for a 91 .on the newer square cdi's u can take the ends off and try it.. look at it real good u will c what im talkin about theres lil prongs that hold the wires in . jeff

just my 0.02 i got to ride my yfz on a track for the first time it was my first time also and wow this thing is awsome . it just floats in the air and u really dont feel the landing . i was tryin to jump some doubles and was landing on the face of it the susp. just soaked it up i had a blast . btw its still stock i just softened it up .. at first it was like an out of contol kangaroo . i love my YFZ . jeff

well i no longer need this stuff i have 2 carbs with or with out tors airbox no lid snorkel cdi box off a 91 shee and a rad. cover throttle cable i think its for a twist real good shape . also 2 carb tops for tors removal . shoot me a price jeff

na i sold my shee cuz the chassie was in bad shape needed a arms rear axle ect. and the type of riding i do it just wasnt workin for me . i still have a yamaha . rode for 6 hrs today and i like the yfz theres lil things i dont like but will deal with it lol . IMHO first gear is too lo and 2nd was to high for real tight trails im gonna soften it up some too its pretty stiff . another thing is it felt like it needed another gear i was in 5th and caught my self grabin for another gear . it does pull real had midrange it was fun passin my buddys in a wheelie (raptor,warrior) runin in forth just gag it and it pulls the front . i do miss my shee already but just didnt work for me . all in all very good quad likes to be reved handels like a dream and does hook very well . had alot of 450r's wanting to race just to c if there piped bike could out run it but bein brand new i didnt drag any gonna break it it first . jeff

well i sold my shee this mornin, still had all kinds of chassie probs now it's some one elses problum . i went and got a new YFZ 450 goin riden tomorrow (deepwater) ill let everyone no how it goes i still got some parts for the shee if anybody needs anything carbs with tors removed , cdi box , umm just some other lil things .

i have some that been painted black , u could re paint them and if ya cut um it will get rid of the crack not sure if thats what u want i can get pics if ya like

iv been to finger lakes thats a crazy place some crazy ass hills it was fun tho , thats bout 2 1/2 hr drive for me and deepwater is bout an hr .

missouri .... right out side of clinton pretty cool place iv only been there once and only got to ride for bout an hr then my bike quitt shee should be good to go now tho .

i just wacked the wrench with a hammer and it came loose worked for me !

we might be goin to deepwater this weekend not real sure yet will no in next cpl days . thought i might let some of u MO riders no maybe meet up and ride

i was having the same probs try new plug wires that fixed it for me .. cut a car wire in half and push them into the coil , i thought my prob was gas but i put an inline filter in and still had probs . shee runs like a dream now give it a try .

plug wires maybe ... mine was doing the same thing thought i had it fixed but yesterday she did it again so i made some plug wires out of an ol car plug wire runs like a champ . somthing u might check .
