Back over Labor Day weekend my lights began running weak. I have the RS 200w and I am running 2 100w bulbs and have been sinse Febuary. I checked all wires and connectors for anything not right.. All was well. So I started in today, with the ohm meter checking the stator out. I get 0 ohms when checking the yellow to black wire going into the stator, it should be .25ohm or so... That tells me the coil is shot... Knowing that I won't beable to sit around camp at night, or get a replacement before HQ trip, I started pondering even more.. When I disconnect 1 bulb the other lights up really bright and vica verca... Is this actually the stator or maybe the voltage regulator. lights still work just weak... If all else fails I'll be a one eye bandit on the night rides at LIL Sahara...

damn straight the gov't has been messing with weather machines for years, and hell no they ain't gonna to admit to it, somewhere over the years the TaliHeads have gotten our "research"... Yo Samin who you wanna blow today? how about the dark skins in the Gulf, they seem to be the nations Leaders.. done!

I was putting the clutch kit I got from Jeff in tonight. Fixin to put the cover on and for some reason I spun the clutch basket and all. I noticed about an 1/8 of play back and forth between the basket and the main gear that's on it... Freaking I tried to jump on the HQ but for some reason the HQ was down tonight.. So I called Jeff's cell phone. .. I feel so stupid now he informed me that the stock baskets do that.. My 2nd clutch change you think I would have noticed it by now.. He said the after markets dont do that.. If I had the extra money he would have had another sale!!! Thanks Jeff

I am down with Mr. Damus... Just don't know about Jesus coming back, but the world sure seem like it's coming to an end, or maybe it's getting over populated and this is Mother Natures way of cleaning up.. Those who survive "the apolocipse" will have a nice pretty Earth as a home.. aka "the Heavens" As far as the traffic, they opened up all lanes heading out of Houston Northbound all except the S bound service road... I myself would have had the Banshee with me if I lived on the coast, smooth sailing down the center media, with a few fun creek jumps or 2 every so often....

looks like it's starting to turn to New Orleans more... Has anyone else noticed the New Orleans pics with the traffic stop heading out of town, it was 2 lanes bumper to bumper heading north, the southbound lanes were empty... Texas is gonna do it right, sometime today all lanes heading south will be turned to Northbound lanes.... It's been taking 12hrs or more to get what normally is a 2 hr drive... And Bush isn't gonna send Rita toward his home state that's why it's turning east.

you can load it up and take it to a local repair guy, maybe he would be nice and either loan it to you or bust it loose for you. Then again you'll prob. need it again and they are pretty cheap..

My brothers plug came out of the float bowl on his blaster. It's a mikuni 26 mm. Anyone have a plug to ft? We checked all the spare carbs and bikes we have but no luck. http://carbparts.com/ has them listed but he hasn't gotten a hold of them as of yet.. Told him I would check around.
