I got a 5.6 gallon IMS tank.I bought a set of Rox risers and my Renthal bars clear perfect.The risers come in 2",4"and 5" I beleive. I'm using a 4" because my bars are so low (they're dirt bike bend). Check them out at- Rox Speed FX

Forgot to post back and tell you guys how it went.Took it to my friends track,and the pipe is awsome.Power comes on fast and smooth and it pulls like a mother humper .Did a plug chop,and perfect.Thanks again guys.

I got to get one of those "power band clutchs" I heard they are the shit.And why would he wash it,when he flys by at 100mph you can't tell if it's dirty or not.

When I had PC pipes I had to run 25's in my 28mm flat slides.I tried to run 30's and it would bog like crazy.Best thing to do is try changing them and see how it is,just remember that not all Banshee run the same way with the same mods.

I rode my buddys new yfz 450 today at the track at his house.It is all stock other then the spark arrester was removed.That thing can haul some ass,I can even think about how it going to run when he gets some mods on it.All I can say is.......................................................................................................................I WANT ONE!!!

When I talked to the guys at Vito's Performance they said not to go over +4 unless your running a drag only quad.

I think I finilly got the jetting for this pipe dicked.I did another plug chop and I had about a 3 1/2 mm gray ring (rich).To make a long story short I ended up with 25 pilots,needle in the 4th slot,290 mains,and air screws at 2 turns out.Runs great,takes right off the line and keeps pulling with no bog or hesitation.I'm going to my buddys track tomorrow,and I'll do a plug chop to be sure but I think I got it. Thanks to all that helped.

Just did a plug chop the base ring is a greyish color and is half way up th porocelin.This should me rich right?If so that would make sense because these mains are the same ones I used for my Pro Circuits,and 2 into 1 pipes use smaller mains.I also noticed it smoked a bit after it was warmed up,and I thought it was just the lead additivein the rase gas.(I'm running Motul factory line 800 50:1 with Sunoco 110 leaded race gas) BTW Sredish thanks for all the help so far.

Buy new o-rings.I had the same problem with my old pipes.Easy fix!

It is a bog.I did a plug chop before I changed the pilots and the needle clip,and the mains looked good.I had a dry plug,with white porocelin with a 2mm greyish brown ring at the base.Before I did any changes today it ran good,but it had a low idle,and a little less low end response,and it also got hot after running around the track abit (never went out of 4th gear on the track).

Alright, today I put 30 pilots in and raised my needle clip from the 3rd to 4th notch and adjusted the air screws to 2 1/2 turns out.The idle is great and has lots of low end power.I now have a bog at full throttle. You guys think I should lower my mains a size or try putting the needle clip back to the 3rd notch and see how it runs?Any help would be great.

Alot of people have had problems sealing these pipes.I made a set of seals that should work great,and if so I'll sell them to anyone that has this problem for cost.

I'm running 28mm Mikuni flat slides with 25 pilots,300 mains and needle clip in the stock postion(that's what I was running with the Pro Circuits).I did a plug chop,and it looks like the mains are good,I just have a little hesition on the bottom,and it idles a little low.Also after riding the track for awhile it got a little hot.I played with the air screws,and it runs best at 1 1/2 turns out.You guys think if I go to a 30 pilot it will fix my problem?

I traded my Pro Circuits to Fro for his Dyno Port 2 into 1 pipe.I did a plug chop and the mains look good,but I have a little hesitation on the low end.I'm going to try a larger pilot,and was wondering if it was common for 2 into 1 to use a larger pilot jet then duels do?

From what I know 2 into 1 pipes like smaller pilots.I'd try a 25 and adjust the air screws and see how it goes.
