  6. I don't know of any kits.I'd just go on the Yammaha site to the parts diagram and buy the parts I needed to rebuild it.
  7. I just lookied at the RMATV catalog and the axle comes ready to go with lock nut and castle nuts.It says it has a "limited liftime warranty" and to ask the operator for details.

  9. Where is it cracked at???Alba is going to cost you a around $700.00,and the Roll is probley going to be 2-3 hundred more (I don't have a Roll catalog).I'm probley going to buy a new swinger within the year and it will be one from Stan great looking swinger powder coated with carrier for $590.00 .
  10. Sounds like your talking about the preload adjustment on the front shocks. What Meat is talking about is a little dial at the bottom of the rear shock that will click when you turn it.
  11. Axles are heat treated,so straighting it is not a good idea.I heard alot of good things about the G-Force axles and for $199.00 I'd give it a try.You could always check on here of Ebay for a good stocker if money is a problem.
  12. If the fingers on the basket aren't to bad you can sand them down a bit to smooth them out.To get the nut off I use a strap wrench around the basket and then hit the nut with a impact gun. What are you refering to as the "clutch boss"?If your talking about the presure plate,my stock one had a lot of molding marks in it.
  13. Yes,the chain goes on top of the lower roller, around the swingarm roller, and under the top roller. If the one roller is stuck,it's probley the bearing.Take the roller off and clean it up real good with WD40,if it won't free up you can buy a new roller with bearings for around $10.To loosen your chain brake free the lock nuts on the chain adjusters and back them off. Then loosen the top and bottom carrier nuts and thats that.I tighten my chain intill there is about a half inch movement on the top.I also know people that strap the garb bar down to the swingarm and tighten the chain up,and they say it's perfect once they loosen the strap.GOOD LUCK
  14. I agree,I'd buy the CRF250.It's a very reliable bike,that can put a hurting on the 125's in it's class.
  15. That is very true.I use to work in a garage, and if someone came in with a flat the first thing we asked was if there was fix a flat in the tire.
  16. Not only will the octane booster not get you to 111 octane,I don't even think it would be good for your motor to run on that high of a mix of booster.
  17. 60 degrees to 30 degrees is a big jump. You'll have to rejet your carbs, playing with the air screws won't be enough for this change in temp.
  18. Email your pics to [email protected] and I'll post them on here for you.
  19. I feel the same way, even though I will send stuff out first for a handful of members. But if they are new members and I have never delt with them, then I need to see the green.
  20. As long as the shocks are aftermarket shocks you can get them revalved, and sprung for the +2 arms.As for cost it will depend on where you take them.
