permit maybe to legally ride on the streets of a state park, I want to see your buddy take this bike on an interstate and see how long it takes for him to get pulled over. legal stuff you should know before talking about this is bike must have, horn, hi/low beams, working tail light, working turn signals fwd/aft, right and left side mirror or one mirror that can give a peripheral view. If your friends bike doenst have these things then its not road legal. Sure he may have a permit for whatever but i guarantee you its not street legal. I have seen two 4 wheelers become street legal and to me it shouldnt of been done because of the way they look afterwards. I think the "permit" you are talking about is just a state registration. Some states like Pennsylvania have them. THey register their bikes and they get a nice looking liscence plate. The only bad part is that they arent street legal. The plates main purpose is identification in case they see you on the street were you arent supposed to be.

1st- Why do you have two scren names? 2nd- it isnt legal in any state for a 4 wheeler to be street legal in any circumstance. In certain states of emergency they allow anything on the road but this isnt something that happens all the time. Shees are terrible on the road, I have ridden mine on the road a lot and its a pain in the ass to turn. The turning radius is about the same of a car yet the shee is 1/4 the size.

his prices cant be cheaper then a major distributor like rmatv or magic racing. Seen these type of "hope" ads all the time. Its people trying to get discounts so they try to bring in business. The reason I call it "hope" ads is because these people HOPE that it will work but most cases it doesnt becuase they really cant get you cheaper stuff.

go to a sign and graphics shop, they can make anything but the vinyl they might have will probably not withsantd what you want to use it for. But i have heard they have clear vinyl now that doesnt yellow and can be put over the regular stuff.

safety wire is a good idea but there isnt anything to hold the nuts to except to each other and thats the problem with the nuts. Even though one is supposed to lock the other in place they sometimes spin together and thats where the electrical tape comes in place. You could try the thread lock stuff but it will probably ust wear off from the constant contact with sand, dirt, mud and water.

black electrical tape wrapped around the two axle nuts then carry the tape about 6 inches down the axle. Learned it from some people I rode with this weekend that use the stock axle for amateur xc racing.

dont come to Florida cus there is nowhere to ride here. There are two legal spots in the entire state and they really arent worth bragging about. Besides Croom and Big Scrubb all there is are tracks. Sure its warm almost all year round but when you have to drive45 minutes through city traffic then 1-3 more hours on highway it sucks.

take off one of your hubs, drill a hole in your rotor guard, remove one bolt from the rear of the hub, insert the magnet in place of the bolt you just took out, hook up the cable to the hole in the rotor guard (almost like a throtle cable),route the cable to the handlebars or wherever you are mounting it, attach mounting hardware, clip computer in place put the hub, rim and lug nuts back on and you are done about 1 hour worth of work if its your first time and about 15 minutes if you have done it before.

not meaning to flame but you will be lucky if you get 1500$ for it, my friends sold their 01's for 1300$ and the other for 1250$. value drops a lot on those because they are outgrown quickly
