  5. well my shee is running good on the low throttle but it's right before the power band that it seem to bogg down and the only way to hit the powerband good is by stomping on the gas but the begining of the throttle is good only just before the band is bad.. thanks for you help

  7. who makes the best skids not the hole swing arm plate just the carrier , the stock ones are nice but the are weak and i have a DG one right now and it looks like a ball of tin foil and i was woundering what is a good plate that would keep up in the rockeys. thnx for the help guys

  12. i was just woundering what the stock pilots were because i have changed the needle and the main to as close as i can , but at the bottem end it's boggy even when it's idleing but when i pull the choke it clears up so i think i have to go up one size but i'm not sure ... seems like it's rich but when i stomp on the gas it clears up on the power band it's just before the power band that it's shitty... thank you for all your help and info
  13. well i like to haul ass around trails and i do alot of log roads and stuff and i was kick ass power for the dumes also ... i was looking at some t5's but then i saw the add for the rockets and i was just woundering what the best pipe that i should go with and if you asking my mods are , shaved head .030 , k&n filter and powerlid , stock carbs bored to 28 , +4 degree key , boysen reeds , inline coolers , water impeller , and right now gold serise fmf .
  14. hey i've been looking at getting some new pipes and i saw the add that this site had on the rocket pipes and i thought i would ask if i should go with those or fmf again , oh i ride once or twice at the dumes and i do alot of trial and open road riding so if i can get some info on witch is the best pipe that would be cool....thanks guys
  15. I know there has been lots of topics on the 450 shocks on the banshee and you have to grind alittle.. but what i'm wanting to know is if you can get a cheap pair is it worth it and is it better then stock shocks on stock a-arms.... just simple anwser would be great .. thanks guys
  16. ya I'm from the montians of canada , kamloops /kelowna area in british columbia . i dont know what elavation i'm at but i'm leaving for the sand dumes in organ in a week so i was just woundering if i go up or down in jet size

  18. ya that chart explains whats happening , it runs like it's cold when it's in that range , and ya i can see it not getting enough fuel when you are in that kind of throtle so if i move the clip more to the point end then the needle will be out of the main jet alittle earlier letting more fuel in , but i can also see the clip more to the blunt end becuase it is to much fuel for that range . but i think i should move it to the ponity end first and give it a try

  20. i'm running stock I havent touched the needles , and the low end power it seem to be alittle hesatation and mid- right before power band is the worse but with full throtle and the rest of the way it's perfect, just mid and right before it ,after that when the bike is flying it's fine
  21. i've got a 2003 banshee with fmf gold series and k&n filter , inline coolers , so on... everytime i ride even with the right jetting my bike seems to heasitate before hitting powerband it does almost the same thing when the engine is cold and you hit the gas it has to work up to the power , it's doing the same thing but the motor is not cold it's doing it thoughout the ride . i think the needles in the carbs might need to be brought up one level , let me know if i'm wrong or right and any info will help . thanxs

  23. Boyson two stage on ported stock cages works good , thats what i'm running right now and they seem to give some power
  24. hey I was running 300 jet size on my stock carbs but now i just got them bored to 28's so i was just wounding if i keep the jet size the same or do i have to go up or down a size or two, thanx for any info
  25. 18' are good . I have a pair 18' turf tammers and they are great but I use a 15 tooth sprocket in the front and it runs great for me .
