hey guys looking at some freeride MTB's tonight just looking for ideas on bikes. i looked at a norco torrent i think it was (04, hardtail blue frame, 220mm hayes discs and dirt jumoer 3 fork) really nice ride but..... its a littel steep for my wallet it almost had a cash attack... so im looking for some more options on a fairly cheap freeride MTB preferrably with a 24" rear wheel and 26" front, disc brakes doesnt amtter if there hydrualic or cable, a fairly good fork up front and a beefy build. give me some ideas and websites to go with em so i can check em out try and keep it $1100 (canadian) or less (thats around $780-$850 american i think...) peace guys

Why Do You Cut Your Plastic (fenders)
Stylemaster replied to ninjamaster's topic in Banshee Appearance
i suggest your a bit stubborn but oh well strongest 6 pack rack ive seen is probley the pro armour... i think it was either that or the PRM one. push comes to shove, dont do high speed wheelies on a banshee untill your sure you can do em slow for miles, that goes for any quad. id much rather get a littel scratch falling off on a slow wheelie wearing all my gear and breaking my gay 6 pack rack then bending my subframe. your choice tho -

what channel is the GNCC on? (dont give me a number either it would be different here where i am just give me the station name or something hopefully ill have it) -
we used to have a drag snowmobile and we had teflon coated slides. sprayed something on the track too i think it was silicone spray or something but youd have to use dry lubricants that will stand up to the sand i suppose. snowboards would work for skis if you modify em. or even skateboards ive used them on quads for skis before.

im with boon. i use regular R-20 home insulation and i pack it in and push it down with a blunt object nice and tight. doesnt last as long as that specail shit they sell ffor a rediculous price but for the price home insulation is it will last longer than the stupid fmf packing anyway in the long run you just gotta watcxh it closer.

NGK 8's or 9's. but if you really want to waste your money on the "high performance" plugs you can get them at wal-mart. but for the price you pay for em you can get a box of 10 from parts unlimited or dennis kirk for around the same price. by the way i dont have the plug fouling problem either, just my friends haha
