cant you replace like broken sections of a hiper wheel? i thought i remember hearing once that the rim is in like 6 or 7 pieces and you can replace 1/4th of it if need be?

i flipped the rear rims. but if your serious and want to flip teh fronts take the tires off pull teh valve stems in fromt eh outside and drill new holes on teh other side. that solves the caliper problem.

well my problem is i modified my exhaust pipes so now there bolted under my seat (made a braket that bolts to where the computer was, thats now screwed to teh plastic where the toolbox went under the seat the toolbox well is cut out to clear the silencers) and the stinger pipes are in teh way of pod style unless i get some pos that are angled at the clamp so i can angle them inwards. like a v or something... that exhaust wrap will work even if the filter is touching the stingers? i know what your talking about its a cloth like stuff highlifter sells it with their heat fighter kit right? cause if that will work i can take a trip down to teh canadian tire and pick up enough to wrap em and somehow wedge the filter in.

well im gonna say go with the new 450 yammy really tight machine i just saw one last night at the new yamaha dealership for the first time and im impressed. seats a bit stiff but meh mine are all just broken in. 4 strokes are harder to look after and fix but the guy will envy you for picking such a fine piece of machinery i know if i saw a single chick riding around on her own yfz 450 i dont think shed be getting far lol peace

ok heres the deal i am working on getting my exaust setup done and the airfilter that used to be on my toomey 2 into 1 now rubs the exuast so im going to size up a K&N from the website but if i got one say 6" tall or so and cut the plastic under my seat and took out some of the foam right there made an aluminum insert to go where the hole was (make it a bit bigger around than the airfilter) think this would work?

unplug the connectors and clean them out good and put di-eletic grease in them that could be your problem ? just a start anyway

impact screwdriver its a must for the yamaha toolbox for the single reason that they love to use crappy screws that strip easy and because they use steel screws on aluminum and overtighten them steel bites into aluminum hard. or you can use the poormans impact screwdriver just hit a regular screwdriver with a hammer while you put some pressure turning it and it usually works this is how i got my side case screws out. stupid phillips heads...

yea what mrmatt said lol i made the mistake of putting my hose straight down without thinking and it all splashed out every last bit of it. lol my bad didnt hurt anything. im going to remove it compleatly and put the overflowabove my pipe so it steams if it overheats i also have installed the BHQ officail meat thermometer temp guage mod lol

you cut it and mae something and it was loud and you welded something again and added something god that was confusing... lol my exhaust is modded also cut and exiting under my seat both silencers are right beside wach other id like to make a single large muffler sometime perhaps... screw it drag pipes!!!!

canwest atv is the only main dealer of vitos stuff in canada thats how i got the tors removal i bet im the only guy in nova scotia with a vitos tors removal kit on my shee lol

CPI in frames all the way i rode a set last weekend and man they are by far some of the best pipes ive ridden on. they get even better with a good port job.

oh god not the boost bottle thing again. but to answer your questions, it wont make a lick of difference on your bike it wont make a lick of difference on NYUK's bike. it doesnt do anything to your jetting. and its mostly for show. i think my stock painted orange tube looks better than that big clunky POS tho.
