hi all and i want to mod my banshee for the winter and right now i have fmf-sst , trinity C.V.35mm single carb milled stock head 0.30" ported reed cage with boyseen power reeds GYT-R ignition . so what do you all recommend for me what kind of porting should i port it i do some drages with friends and long ride and some hill riding . P.S: im thinking of lighting my flywheel what do you all think of that and would it work will with my style of riding.

the best spark plug you will ever find is the NGK iridium BR8EIX this plug is the best for racing and all around riding .

no it wont drink more fuel than the stock one's . it will be almost the same i have one and i didnt note's any big difrance in the fuel drinking problem .

hi all and does any one know what is the part number of the trinity CV. carb pots the rubber one because i need to buy one fast mine is starting to worn out and gets some cutting line in it i have the 35 single carb so i need the part number of the carb pot fast

yes KRMit this is what im talking about in the chock theory and i have tride it and i think it gets better

sredish i know i have 2 problem 1 in the pilot and the other in the main bot 1st i will fine tune the pilot and try it out and then the main problem but i want to know to test the main jet if it is big or small can i use the chock for testing it the what we do on the stock carbs.

sredish right now i have 185 in it and im at sea level and temp is 75~95 f and the pilot is 48 and its big i have to drop it 2 or 1 size less to 42 or 45 i will try the pilot today and see what is the best for it . the problem in my pilot is that it will start easy when its cold but when its wormed up it doesn't start easy and some bogs in low speed and cann't adjust the air mix ( no effect )

you get me wrong Banchetta the broblem that i have is not in the needle posetion its after the 3/4 throtle i think its in the mains because after the 3/4 i dont feel that thear is any difrance in the throtle it doesn't rev faster .

and im at sea level with temp around 70 ~ 95 F'

hi all and i want to know a bout this condetion when i ride my banshee in 6th and full throtle it runs fine but when i back it up a littel to 3/4 and push it back to full throtle it bog like cut off and come back to speed so is this cost of rich mains or lean ? my setup is fmf sst pipe with trinity CV. system with 48 pilote and 185 mains didnt check the needle. no porting in the engine boyseen power reeds with ported reed cages milled head .

Proquad101 no i didnt change the shift shaft my banshee is only 1 year old does it need to be change ? and for the clutch i changed the oil of the trany and i think its ok the clutch problem but the shifting problem only happens in the sand drag racing why ? i try it on the street with no problem

whats that suppose to mean ?

it gives me problems like in drag racing when i start in 2nd gear and try to shift to 3th the gear goes to nutrail .

hi guys but im sorry i didnt find the H.I.D light i found the normal halogens light and got them and install them yester day they have 12V with 55W on them and when i compare them to stock ones they they lighted the way much better and brighten . so im i going to damage any thing with this halogens light on stock stator .

hi all and i want to know its time to change the stock clutch with a new one i have it for 1 year now of hard riding with barnett heavy duty springe so do i have to change all the big whashers and still plats and clutch plate or only the clutch plate ?

Banchetta i have the single carb setup from trinity CV. system

Banchetta dont you think that droping from 48 to 42 is way to small or this is the best start because im thinking of droping a 45 or 44 in it . and when i test it last week ends the top speed is ok and no bog in the WOT but the thing i felt is thear is a bit of hesitate before the powerband comes on whats making this?

to adjust the clutch and line it up with the arrew on top of the case do i have to take off the free play in the clutch lever to align it to the case arrew .
