  1. ran mine with a msr raptor lever didnt help layed mine down to my stocker and its just longer dont know why they claimed the model number was correct but tape measure doesnt lie.

  4. you really need some pipes to go with that but anyways. probably mid clip and 240 mains will be close then you get pipes be like 290 310 3rd 4th clip.

  6. ark city used to have sand trails along the river dont know if you can still ride there. south haven has some kind of mx track along I 35. hmm leon is 30 mins from me.
  7. i live in greenwood county. we used to have a pasture with trails and a strip but long story cows got put on it and cant ride. we do ride gravel roads adn blah blah around hit me up ill go riding about anywhere.
  8. did you get it line out on gas? read where a dune port was giving it to you?
  9. your main is way to big try a 158 160 depends on elevation and temps no clue on the water. put a temp gauge on and see what your actually getting.
  10. what is your setup port, pipe, etc what is your pilot what is your needle what is your clip position what is your main. how long did you let it idle to overheat have you checked your impeller.
  11. i put 2 quarts in also check the cover bolts periodically they can come loose and leak. the lens cover .
  12. no sold them couple years back. he does have to reweld the hole he makes but it looks well after he does it. nothing to worry about.
  13. find a bench grinder and grind on the outside of them lightly till they become a lot easier to compress. its free.
  14. my suggestion would be to call jim up and ask about a 4mm trail setup. just tell him word for word what you ride where you want power, blah blah. then talk pipes, carbs, size of domes, etc. he made me an 80hp duner that i could still trail ride with. was beyond pleased. asked for stock low end and then a broad mid and killer top end. but not a drag port. here are some pic of my old jug. i thought the port work looked almost a machine did it really smooth. i would call him at 918-232-3950. he might be hard to reach but leave a voicemail and try couple times a day he does work another job. just talk to him. if you put it together and need some jetting advice get back with me.
  15. heres an idea your running a cub by your sig what is your pilot what is your needle lil letters on the side what is your main we then probably could tell you what each of those should be to get it running close. by the way depending on what needle but usually mid clip works well with a cub.
  16. didnt try to make him feel good just saying its pretty easy to take top off carb, unscrew or bolt the cable holder and pull the needle and take pliers or needle nose and pull the clip and put it on the one you want. now to your statement about getting another needle why would he need to do that if its a rich needle he could run 2nd or first clip. instead of paying 12 bucks for a pair of needles to try to run in the middle. save him some money.

  24. holy bat fuck do you even read the guys post before you spout shit out. he is talking a 535cc motor with 38 carbs. he was trying to figure out why going from foam air filters to kn pods cause his motor to want lower jetting and your throwing info out like everyday jetting for a stock bike. read the post. to lt1bird maybe one is a lil more restrictive or something hard to say with seeing the bike or filters. are both of filters clean.
