It's going to use a cbr600 engine. and have banshee front and rear suspension. I'm trying to decide on whether to make it a single or double seater.

I need to do a Senior project to graduate High school. I kind of wanted to do it on the banshee but cant think of any in depth interesting topics. I have to do a physical and oral report. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

What do you guys think about have around 85 hp. Would a -2 be suicide. I ride a little of everything: trails, dunes, fields...... I like the way some people talk about how they handle but I don't recall anyone that had that much hp running a -2. I was going to either go with stock or +2 at the most. Thanks if you can interpret what I'm trying to say.

I've used it and it does lower your the temp of the coolant.

July works for me. The only other thing is that If we are going to drive 8 hours we dont want to just ride for 2 days. We were thinking like a week long thing. Is this possible or is it just for a weekend.

More positive shifting. It most likely doesn't flex as much.

I did the exact same thing. I thought it was cool to ride around with the lights on through the eyeballs. I just replaced them with trail techs. Stock lights are to expensive to replace because after you fixed them you still have shitty stock lights

Why would you even think of this? The mojave is a much smaller machine and handles like a rock.

Its not any different than doing a shee engine. most 2 stroke engines are the same.

Heres an example of some teeth I've made Who knows if it will work.

I can make them with teet with or without bolt holes and out of stainless steel to reduce wear.

I could make some real close to that for 25 shipped. It might take a week or so though.

Hey meat. Where would everybody camp at. I might be able to get the rzshee together and come out there from Indiana. The problem is that my uncle(who I would come out with) is kind of wondering where we would stay and the whole illegal part of it.

I've never had a shock shaft get the chrome chipped off. I would imagine the biggest reason to use them would be to keep the dirt and water off of the seals so that they last longer.

Banshees dont have rev limiters. The Tors system is to kill the bike if your throttle sticks and as far as the screw goes in the throttle housing you can take it out if you want. It just limits how far you can push in the thumb throttle.

Thanks a lot those ideas are great. I don't think loan payments on 5 grand would be that much. Boonman-By tooling you mean endmills and carbide inserts or what.

They are both manual. I am in a vocational machine trades class. I'm always making stuff for my banshee. It's only like 1800 for the mill and 2500 for the lathe. Theyre not that nice but they would do. I'm just trying to figure out if I can make enough money doing small jobs to cove the loan payments.

Well, I'm going to buy a mill and a lathe and was wondering what some of you thought I should make. I already have a few ideas such as, flywheel lightening, radiator line coolers, kickstarters(maybe), and stator plate mod. Let me know if anyone has any ideas and if anyone would be interested. I know a few people on here already do this type of work such as boonman and bdbanshee.

Thinking about getting a longer one for the sand. I already have a stocker for the dirt. I guess I just changed my mind.
