  1. It could. I believe your would just hook one wire to your coil/red wire and one to the ground. The only problem is that you have to find a 2 stroke tach. I think 2 and 4 stroke are different.
  2. Those pics were from one of the older forums. They are radio shack computer fans. I did the same thing and it looks good, but it doesn't work worth a shit. Trust me you don't want to wast your time. They didn't push enough air. Things like oversize radiator, impeller, cool head, and engine ice or a much better use of your time. Mounting a raptor fan or something behind your radiator is almost imposible do to the steering stem.
  3. Stan, what do these pipe brackets look like? Pics? I need a set. Let me know.
  4. What is the advantage of running two seperate brake lines with a banjo bolt vs. one that splits to two?
  5. Are 250R brakes better than the banshee brakes. I know the rear one is dual piston but are the fronts. Might have to do a swap.
  6. Sounds to me like you don't know how to jet your carbs. Maybe you should get a 400ex.
  7. I just bough a garmin legend on ebay for 140 shipped. Just to let you know.
  8. I live in kendallville, IN. It's about 30 min. from you. Not to many places to ride. About the Haspen Acres place, don't even go there it is definitly a shithole. Someone I know got there banshee stolen there and it is pretty rutted up too.
  9. I used to straighten my blasters axle all the time. I used a press and then rolled it on a flat surface. I'm pretty sure I could never get it to stop shaking at higher speeds. Also, it is weaker after that .
  10. What are your guys takes on making an aluminum fuel tank that would sit inbetween the frame rails. It would sit up front and get smaller until it stops inbetween the pipes. I think I would need a small fuel pump to pump it into the original fuel tank. I could have it on a switch to where when I run out of gas I turn the fuel pump on and refill. I'm just trying to stay away from an IMS tanks because I have fullbore plastics. Let me know if you think that I am crazy.
  11. A lot of catching up to do: Top Fuel=Tony Shumacher 4.441 Brandon Bernstein=Fastest Speed @331.41 Funny Car=Whit Bazemore 4.713 Gary Scelzi=Fastest [email protected] Heres the link: http://www.nhra.com/stats/natrecord.html
  12. Are you talking to me 2004LEBanshee? I haven't got one but I work at the place in my last post an yes the poeple that buy them say they work great.
  13. The answer: http://www.avillahardware.com/category_s/19.htm
  14. It will definantly work. I think top speed on an rz is somewhere around 120ish. It depends what type of riding you do. Might be to tall for trail riding.
  15. I meant in the second pic. It's kindof rectangular and has one bolt hole. It doesn't matter I don't think I need it.
  16. I think I figuted it out. It turns out that the black/yellow, black/white connect and then the brown need to be connected to the red but with a switch. Thanks to all that helped.
  17. what is that little black box at the very top of the pic?
  18. I did. Nothing hapened. Did you have any diagrams or remember any wires that just hung there not connected to anything?
  19. Thanks for you help Minkia38. I understand about the finding where the wires go, but the thing is you don't really specify a black/white coming out of the CDI or a black/yellow coming out of the powervalve controler(not powervalve servo). If you look at BenBB's diagram there is black/white and a black/yellow that go from the powervalve controler to the CDI. This makes no sense to me why I don't have a black/yellow coming out of the CDI or a black/white coming out of the pv controller. But I do have a black/yellow coming out of the CDI and a black/white coming out of the pv controller that have no place to plug into. I believe these wires are the ones that tell the powervalvle's how to move a a specific rpm. I hope I don't come off as an ass or something but this is about my last try before I part out the rzshee and sink money into the truck. Thanks for the help.
  20. Thanks, It looks like you have the same cdi as I do. Just a few more questions. 1. Does your cdi say 52y on it? 2. What color are the wires on your pv controler? 3. What does your black/yellow wire go into on the cdi?
  21. Ok, I really appreciate it. Kind of wondering why I started this whole rzshee conversion. I think I will put the blame on meat and his website.
  22. The problem I have is that I have a black/yellow off of the cdi and not the pv controller. Also, I have a black/white wire off of the pv controller and not off of the cdi.
  23. Can some one please tell me the colors on thier cdi? I bought a 52y one and have had 3 different powervalvel controllers. I still can't figure this thing out. I just want to ride this year.
