Yeah I will be staying at the state park.. Just to let all of you know my friend just got back from there yesterday and he said probably 40% of the dunes is flooded. all of the flats ar under water, and the beach was almost completly coverd in water, he talked to one of the DNR guys and they have some 7 foot holes of water out there, and he also said that this is the worst he has seen it and he has been with the park for 32 years!!!! Good luck and bring the snorkel set up for the drags!!!!!!

Yes he did $1200 dollars later, it busted a bunch of shit in the motor. I should be there, I got a new truck, its a silveradoHD regular cab it is silver, and I will have my enclosed also it is a silver haulmark. Did you get on a dyno yet?

I will be there depending on the weather!! I am not gonna drive 500 miles is its gonna be wet and the gas prices are gonna be nuts!!! the 2500HD 8.1 dont get the best mileage!!! with the enclosed behind it!!

fmf with turbine core spark arrestors will pass they hit 94-95 and pro circuits with the spark arrestor scilencers will hit 94 everytime. the stock silencers will hit 90 or so. it is good to take them with you just in case you know!!

I basically live up there, the the limit is 94db and toomeys without the hush kit will not pass!! you will hit around 100-103 and yes the DNR are the sound police I was ticketed up there 2 years ago for being to loud. $50 dollars was the fine. Get a hush kit or put the stock scilencers back on for the weekend, it just is not worth it.

Go with the CPI's much better pipe if you want the speed, and they work much better with engine mods. And please ditch the reed spacers they are taking the power away!!!

tear the case apart, it is welded and bent. and your actuator arm is probably bad also.

Sam97, I have the same pipes and they hit 95-96 dba, you should be ok, just make sure the bike is nice and warmed up before you go to the entrance and you should be ok

I was there the first weekend. Some changes this year, state parks stickers are now $24.00 dollars and the sound limit is 94dba. Last year they had a 4 decibile window which would allow you up to 98 dba but I talked with a DNR officer and asked if that was going to be repeated and he said he doubts it!!!, He said that they have given up ample of time to get the noise level down on our machines and we should know the rules by now!!! other than that it is the same!!!

Do not use the PD impeller, it puts serious load on the drive gear and actually it cools worse than the stock one, The only way to make it work better is by taking 2 fins off of it, grind them down!! I know the stock one is plastic but when its maintained properly it will not fail. correct jetting, good coolant and no play in the mounting are all factors in the life of the stock impeller and if you dont believe it robs power, put it on a dyno. I couldnt believe it myself but it does.

Get rid of the toomey needles and put the stock ones back in 3rd clip. Do you have aftermarket reeds in it? if so I would use a 35 pilot 1-.5 turns out you main seems fine.

The pro design impeller just robs horsepower, just use the stock one!! and fix the jetting on the bike.

get 10 paddles and do not get a 10" inch rim, get the 8" inch, they grab much better!!!

They are alot more durable than the stock one, but they rob horsepower there is to many fins on it and it takes alot to turn it. It is good to grind 2 fins off of it and put it in, turns alot easier and dont take power away
