Obviously beer first. You will see how it actually works when you open the case. Find correct size for hole. Yes remove the washer and seal first. Tighten the expanding attachment to the bearing, ensure your deep enough, but not in the case. Attach the slide hammer Slide the hammer up, and it will “tug” the bearing out. Yes heat the cases and it will fall in. I believe I put the bearing in freezer then lubed and tapped it in.

Lube and gently tapped it down with a socket. Gently I was afraid of breaking the case. Went in easy.

Worked great! Used it on 3 other non banshee applications since I purchased it.
