Porting, compression, and timing, the only thing to be really concerned about is the crank. most people will have the crank welded so you dont have to worry about the added stress spreading it causing a failure.
The stock tank is the largest tank you can use covers on. They're about 3.2 gallons. Call West Coast ATV and they'll get you setup with a good used tank. As a side note. Your BP 411 is most likely a 397. BP uses deceptive marketing, advisertising high end parts and sending cheap ones known for premature failure as well as telling you the engine will be larger than it actually is.
