No, only an 18mil triple will do for the trails, a dm would barely break the tires loose in a mud hole. You will also need a side by side to trail you with a 55 gal drum of meth to refuel. Anything less will be uncivilized2 points

You'll have to call and talk to Cam at Redline. A 521/472 is a bit under powered for a woods bike imop. A DM motor would be the logical engine to build.1 point

Could be possibly leaning out due to all the oil hence the bog. Drain the gas. mix 32 to 1 should scream through all 6 gears, no bog, no sputter, no popping1 point

are you still running a ton of oil in the fuel or did you drain that out? too much oil can change jetting and cause excess bog as the oil doesnt burn as well, and it also technically lowers your octane level.1 point
