They are some crazy ass hills. Loose as fuck too. You can't walk up them, it's impossible. You just slide down with an avalanche of dust and soot. I'm fond of the mudsharks. They aren't obnoxiously huge, or too small. And have good bite. Shale eats the shit out of razr's, knarlys, etc. After 3 good long rides on a banshee, say goodbye. Time for new tires already. There's only ONE 20" tire I like for hills, the titan trail klaw. The design is good in trails, but they almost act like a paddle, because of the tread pattern. They saved us a couple times in the coal region where we had to slow down on a hill. They're 20", so you have to keep and eye out for ruts in the hill. They usually have much taller tread, but in this pic, they're gettin down there. Gonna need new ones soon. These are some of the hills we deal with.. look how small the quad is.. Quote
