themudgician Posted October 6, 2008 Report Posted October 6, 2008 Lighter spring on the shaft. i just put a ground star and fast modded shifter shaft,and lighter spring a couple weeks ago and it cured it for a while, now its doing it again wont shift at wot but shifts perfect just cruising around. i think it has stock clutch springs. caddyman Posted October 6, 2008 Report Posted October 6, 2008 Since we are on the subject........ My 2000 that my son rides is stuck in 2nd after Sundays ride. He was hillclinbing, went to shift to second and the shifter went way up, found neutral and all was fine for a bit....... Then it was stuck in second, can't get neutral at all, or anything else. I have done some research, I think I can figure it out simple enough......but any Ideas guys????? Quote
