researching Hydraulic Clutches.

 

any input guys?

I had one on my raptor and it sucked. It would ethire not let the clutch out all the way or it wouldnt release all the way. I ended up selling it and buing a good quality lever. I recomend an ASV C5 Pro Perch and Lever.

Yes, stay away. I too had a bad experience with them...

 

A good lever and perch will feel like a hydraulic. Either an ASV or a Magnum would be my recommendation. They are easy as heck... 1 finger.

Well, I can't say the same as everyone else. I have been running one for 2 years now (bought it used on EBAY) and I love it. Very linear feel, no stiff spots, works great. I have heard horror stories of people not being able to blead them out, but i have had no problems at all. I would recomend one... :shrug:

I also have one and love it :biggrin: I have heard people say they have touble with them but mine has been great... I got mine used about 4 years ago.

I run one and like it. so far so good, but i always have a spare perch and cable in the truck jusy in case.

I have a magura for sale that I picked up from a guy. Most of the stuff I have seen has a real easy pull and they seem to work well.

I've got one on my KTM, works great and doesn't stretch or stick like a standard clutch cable. Change the fluid every year for a couple dollars and you're good to go.

I've heard both good and bad things about them. But, I'm with jbooker. Get some ASV-C5's, and you will think you're pulling a hydraulic. I have ASV's on my bike, and I wouldn't trade them for anything. Great product, and they're guaranteed from breaking.

If your looking for levers go on ebay look up esv f3 series... If you dont care if there new " refurb " going for 40 bucks buy it now or some going cheaper...Im going to buy the brake and clutch under 60 bucks... Read up on em i think it's wourth it..

 

Im bidding on sevral of them...If i win them all i will sell them cheap to who ever on here that wants them...
