i just installed a pd coolhead with 21cc domes,FMF gnarly pipes and silencers, i did a compression test with a mac tools compression tester and both sides tested between 160,165 psi is this within normal range? what octane fuel should i use and what mix ratio? i'm running a 2 into 1 setup with a keihin 34mm PE carb with a 185 main 52 pilot and a cgl needle on 3rd clip from bottom @ 480ft ASL is this a good start for my setup? thanks in advance i wouldn't have got this far without this site and all you guy's help

I don't exactly remember but i think that is safe for 91 octane. And your compression doesn't have a lot to do with the jetting its still the same amount of fuel and air coming in,its just being squeezed harder

I had kinda the same set up but will bills pipes and 19cc domes then went to CPI. my main was a 165 4th clip not sure about the pilot tho. i would also use 93 octane but yea you wont be to lean if thats what your shooting for. i`m not sure about your elevation but i would say you will be fine and i`m sure you will have to lean down some on that main.

just run 50/50 race gas and pump, i had the exact same setup you have before but i always ran full race gas no need tho, definately 50/50 on 32:1

Sunoco race fuel mixed at 28:1 is what a guy who worked for Evinrude told me is the best setup for a racing type engine. The higher oil mix keeps the rings seated properly. Problem with race fuel though is that it costs some money to buy so I use Shell 93 as a substitute.
