'04limited Posted July 14, 2008 Report Posted July 14, 2008 ya im pretty sure that you can get them street legal here but you have to have license,registration, a horn, a lighted license plate holder and dot approved tires and a brake lights obviously. now i have never actually seen a street legal banshee but i have a cousin that is a cop i could ask him if you can actually strret legal a shee or not .some of my buddies have some thumpers that are legal though and ride them everwhere.
