bbcmudtruck Posted June 19, 2008 Report Posted June 19, 2008 Right side is dead upon starting it. I can rev it up a little bit and it will load up the right side until it poofs a big shot out. Then the cylinder is dead again. I have done all the obvious. Carbs are clean and in sync. Slides are in correctly. Switch the plug wires around and it does not change anything. Topend is brand new, the rings are still in the right position. I have great fire at the plug. Theres nothing in the pipes or silencers. I have searched the threads. Quote
bbcmudtruck Posted June 19, 2008 Author Report Posted June 19, 2008 Update for future thread searches and a good to know trick. DO NOT USE Q-TIPS to clean your carbs. My pilot jet has clogged three times because of microscopic fibers from fucking Q-tips. This was the cause of the cylinder not firing. Quote
