birdman Posted June 7, 2008 Report Posted June 7, 2008 Hey all, Let me start by saying I don't know much about carbs and I need some help. My son bought this banshee that was torn apart in need of a topend. We got that work done (bored to 66 with new wiesco pistons. Its all put together but wont start without using the choke. That isn't so much of a prob but it seems as though it revs wide open with out giving it any throttle. I'm afraid to let it run more than a few seconds. Any ideas where I should start or look? The bike has Mikuni flat slide carbs but I can't see any markings to let me know what size. Any help would be much appreciated. Quote
