Thanks alot so what exactly was the problem? mine has no spark either. but i found a wire that had rubbed thru on the frame right when it died of no spark. i know i dint put that wire in the right place just minutes before. but now i dont know what the wire has messed up. i have swapped coil, cdi and gone through all of the wires one-by-one. the stator ohms right to factory specs. you guys have any other ideas to try? my key is already gone as well as the tors. Infamous039 Posted June 9, 2008 Author Report Posted June 9, 2008 I never found out what exactly was my problem, so I changed every electrical part on my bike and upgraded everything to a 2004 electrics. Once I did that the problem went away and now I have excellent strong spark and my bike starts up first kick everytime. Quote
