banning atv in huntington

thyey banned the atv in huntington wv. you can go to www.heralddispatch.com and look at it. i have protested and tried to make them realize they could make money by giving us a chance to get the street legal...you should give us some help guys and post a comment realting to the topic.........Let's fight this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just skimmed it but isn't the ban just to keep them off local roads? Here in Ohio it's been that way.
