If you have problems with the bike creeping or finding neutral try a stock lever or a stock lever mounted on a aftermarket perch that fixed my problem, I put in all new clutch, housing, springs bike was still surging so I tried new cable still same thing so I went with different lever and fixed the problem.

Probably just caused you to get more pull, which disengaged it further.

So everything is fine now? When you push on the clutch arm on the top of the cases do the arrows line up? Is there any slack in your clutch lever?

i think its fine now but it still is kinda a bitch to get neutral. When i push my clutch arm it is a hair towards the stator side of the arrow. Yup i do have slack in my clutch lever. It was wierd it got HOT then i changed the fluid and its fine now. thanks for all the help guys. what would cause the clutch and cover to get so hot if my clutch isnt slipping? I put everything together right and torqued the clutch nut to 66ft lbs like the manual said. It still creeps a little bit and neutral is a bitch.

It doesnt make since to me why the aftermarket lever didnt work because it seemed like I was getting plenty of pull with it but I just could not get it to work right. Now with the stock lever and A/M perch the thing shifts great, no creeping and goes into 1s so smooth you cant feel it, and neutral is super easy.

i run a msr perch and love it, i have also ran a F.AS.T. clutch for 2 years with no problems.. i have broken acouple of springs, but im thinking maybe assembly issues.....

everytime i take my clutch apart it still looks good.. after 2 years. so i dought its the clutch.

im just throwing this out here.. but could his impellar be fucked up or starting to get that away ???

yeah, we did. its not the clutch itself. i dont know what the fuck it is i think it might be the lever and perch as i bought a cheapy. If its a bitch to get into neutral what does that mean??? thanks
