Can the Piston Hit the Spark Plug

Okay so were riding in the field the bike was riding fine. Then I heard like tapping on metal

and I dont think its the reeds because the spark plug gap was close shut on the right spark plug because I think it was hitting the piston

 

Attached is a photo of the right side of the spark plug

 

I searched the forums and did not see a topic on this

Where is the photo?

Detonation or a piece of the piston could hit the plug, closing the gap.

How much compression, how much timing, how much octane?

Compression 110 on left jug

Compression 95 right jug

Timing is stock

Octane should be at least 93 octane

time for a rebuild. 100 psi is the min I run in my quads.

If those compression numbers are acurate, there is quite a discrepancy between the two as well...
