is the kill switch in the STOP position?( this may sound stupid but i've seen it done alot)
\i was thinking that because my kill switch is really old and it doesnt click over to run or off it slides over with ease was wondering if the actual switch may be broken . does the bike get spark when its switched to off? . if i disconnect should it work or do i need it hooked up?

and bunboy good luck i will damn sure not take my bike to a local shop ha ha
