i have a 1989 banshee. the motor was completely rebuilt during the summer.crank seals and bearings were replaced.2 into 1 carb some kind of aftermarket pipes (bills myb) realtor tires on the back. i got it going but i believe the carb needs to be jetted. it wouldnt rev as nice as it should.it also needs the left silencer.the guy before me bent the rite side jarm when sitting on the bike.they straightened it and welded a bar to it . i threw my other engine in it during the winter and i couldnt even notice it . i want to trade for a 400ex or a warrior . but idk throw some stuff at me . for the rite bike i will throw in a brand new xbox 360 with less than 10 hours on it and some games including grand theft auto 4 . list what you have and ill see bike needs to be picked up in ny zip code 12763.

your timing is off bad! your timing is retarted which is causing it to run in reverse mess with the stator plate and you should find your problem. do you have a aftermarket plate by any chance? i had a triz that would run in reverse thought it had a reverse gear at first until my friend came over advanced the timing and it was fixed.

\i was thinking that because my kill switch is really old and it doesnt click over to run or off it slides over with ease was wondering if the actual switch may be broken . does the bike get spark when its switched to off? . if i disconnect should it work or do i need it hooked up? and bunboy good luck i will damn sure not take my bike to a local shop ha ha

ok i finally got my shee toghether . it wont start . it sounds like it wants to but nothing . the pipes get hot but nothing. i dragged it down the road but it try to start but as soon as you stopped pulling same thing. after i pulled it i tried kicking and it sounded really good but still nothing. any help guys. i have a 2 into 1 carb toomey pipes. entire motor was rebuilt by me. i have compression and spark every time i pull the plugs they look dry but every couple of kicks i get some flame out the header (silencers are off)

the price of the plastic is everything? could you see what shipping would be to 12763? and would you sperate the silencers from the headers? if not its fine just would have to wait for the end of the week when some money comes in thanks

i hate to do this but my other shees are in the way and are taking up to much room . I have a 87 shee i believe i dont really know exact year but its a j arm frame. i picked it up the last month and the frame is tweaked and the motor was blown. i rebuilt the entire bottom end and now all it should need is a topend.It has works shocks in the front. will try to get more pics up as soon as possible.let me know what u got to trade!!also motor is now back in the bike . will come with 2-1 carb and some kind of headers(aftermarket) i have no clue what they are. and it will need the left side silencer.
