I have a set of coil spring compressers. I'll go dig it out tomorrow and take some pics of it. I think I got them from PepBoys, like 10+ years ago. Not the cheesy ones with the little fingers on them, that slip and bust you in the lip. These actually have U-bolts that clamp to the coils, so they don't slip. Don't know if they will work on a Banshee spring, but I don't see why not.

If you talking about the front shocks. There is also a way to change the shock oil. The factory oil goes to s#!t after about 10 rides. But it's a secret on how to do it. Shall I tell??????????

yes telling would be great!!! so you would have to compress the shock pretty far to be able to get a hook on that shaft. i have head of people using ratchet straps how do you do that? my spring compresser doesnt grab very well.

take 2 large hose clamps and put one one each side and run them arond about 4 or 5 coils, as you crank the hose clamps down they will squeeze the coils together and give you enough room to clamp something on the shaft, presto the $1.50 spring compressors
