I took apart my cases last night and want to clean my cases up they have alot of dirt and stuff on them whats the best thing to use to do this?

i totally agree... just do it outside!!!! i got myself so high cleaning my cases!!!! here's a pic of the end result of my work.....

 

 

yes, i know i missed some spots on the lower case, already fixed that.

a good degreaser, or brake clean.

and a 3500psi pressure washer.

works like a charm

ok i got it a kid 20 bucks and a wire wheel and yes it worked

I took mine to the local CAT dealer and had them put the parts in a diesel wash. Its like a super hot dishwasher for equipment parts...nice and sparkly clean!

yeah i thought the guy over the hill from me had one of the diesel washers but he doesnt and imnot driving into the city to use one

are you going to Powder Coat them or paint em? If so have em sand blasted, cant get any cleaner then that.

i kinda like the polished look its giving off after its wire brushed but i might paint them i just dont want them black
