banshee escared of water

my banshee works great but there is a problem wen it gets wet the it starts to acelerate with out warning just wen it gets wet the torts system is long gone i have a new throtel cable .... any sugestions???

shorting out wiring, check everythink, and make sure the stator cover is sealed well.

mine would do that too when I had the stock carbs, I think a little bit of water is getting in your carbs and causing the slides to stick.
