The caliper piston could be hanging up somewhere, not retracting completely, warped disc, bent bracket. I would suspect a stuck piston if no visual damage is obvious...

 

Did you remove the pads and inspect anything yet? Maybe a foreign object has lodged itself behind the pad.

well I have looked around but don't see anything and the caliper retracts cause the pad that is on the caliper side is not wearing as fast rotor is not bent so I don't know.

I installd new brake pads on my shee for the first time since new about 6 months ago. I removed the shim due to the snug fit but my stock brakes were worn the same so I don't think it is the shim.

I did the lube thing before I went riding last week and it seemed to help they do seem to corrode pretty quik we will see how long the lube fix holds up' just one more thing to babysit on the 'shee besides the 100 others !! :down:
