Id also like to know what a mechanics process wil be for these options, epecially the sleeve option, i like the sounds of that, get a big bore kit. Edited March 30, 2008 by pasedogg Quote

gregrob Posted March 30, 2008 Report Posted March 30, 2008 You need to call a reputable builder and send your cyls to them. They will bore them straight and supply you with the piston kit to match. Buy a clymer's manual and reinstall when you get the parts back. NBD Quote

C&B Posted March 30, 2008 Report Posted March 30, 2008 what do machanics do for when the instal sleeve kits to cyliders. i may want the vitos 404 kit. R u on the last bore of ur cyls? If not its a waste to re sleeve a set with bores left. If you want a big bore that bad, send them to a reputable builder as stated before. Putting it together is simple, but tricky also. Ring gap, ect. Make damn sure u lube EVREYTHING with ur premix (crank, bearings, wrist pin bearings, cyls, ect) Good luck, let us know what u decide. Quote
