bansheejoel Posted March 11, 2008 Report Posted March 11, 2008 well i got my old shift shaft seal out (it was a bitch) and i put my new one in but i got it about 99% straight it is damn near perfect but the bottom is in bit more than the top and rather than tapping in the top and then that being in to far i left it. I should be good shouldnt i? Quote
Bansh-eman Posted March 11, 2008 Report Posted March 11, 2008 "should be" just keep an eye on it and make sure your not leaking oil. if it seals then your good Quote
bunboy1 Posted March 12, 2008 Report Posted March 12, 2008 you should put a socket over the seal and tap it in place. that way it goes in straight. Quote
