yamaha04 Posted March 6, 2008 Report Posted March 6, 2008 i got a set of works dual rates with rezzys. had them for about a year bought them used anyway. i just mounted them and started my bike up to hear this crazy rattle. them damn spacers are driving me nuts. what are they for. and can i take them out? can i stop the rattle somehow? it look to me they controll how far the small spring compresses before it starts into the bigger spring?? Troubledsol Posted March 6, 2008 Report Posted March 6, 2008 You are right about the purpose of the collar it is like a limiter I stop them from rattling by spraying chain lube on them once it drys dirt doesnt really stick to it Quote
