after that it pulls real hard, seems to be reving out alot..

I brought it back to the truck, turned the air screw out 2 turns and that seemed to help alittle..

Its was 40 degress out

Mods are:

thanks for the compliment..my cousin will like to hear that.

I meant that it is a possibility that you could have a partially burnt oring in your head...letting just enough anitfreeze being burnt where it suffers down low but once revved up it doesn't bother it enough yet. I have had this happen before, once the oring burns completely it won't rev at all. Just check your water level so we can eliminate that problem.

okay I will check my coolant and see how it looks..

I just had the whole motor built by passion racing, I got a noss head, all seals, gaskets,etc.. are new..

but i understand that anything is possible..

anything else that i can check...

o0o and all the bike in the sig look sweet, like them with no stickers, love how the seat flows so well..

thanks for the other compliments man, there are alot of bikes that look good with stickers but i like mine without them...anyways thanks again.

Now, the only other thing i can say it just make sure your carbs are nice and clean, oh and check the air gap on your pickup coil. It shouldn't have moved but like you said anything can happen. It should be around 18 thousandths.

Have you done a leak down test?? Just to make sure they didn't forget to tighten something down??

No I havent done that yet, I just changed all the reed gaskets and what not..

Tomorrow im goin to run the bike and spray carb cleaner all around and see if anything happens..

do you think that would be okay..

It will rev up no bubbles. Carb cleaner doesn't bubble. It burns!! :)

okay i did the carb cleaner trick and everything seemed to be fine, I used almost a whole can spraying all over..

The idle stayed te same no change, also check compression again and have 150psi in both..

I got the carb sync tool, today, Im goin to play with them tom and see what happens..
