I have a buddy that does some sick ass welding, this guy can weld aluminum cans together. Well anyways, what do you guys think about cutting my swinger 2". Where would be the best area, any recommendations? It is a stock carrier CFM.

he isnt going to a -2 he just wants to take off 2 inches from his +6 to make it a +4... its too long for what he is riding...

George, look around and see if anyone wants to trade you. Yes you can cut it but that is goig to be the weak link in your swinger. its better not to subject its integrity if you dont have to. but like i said you can do.

it can be done easily, but you better beef that end up if you do it. cut it between the shock linkage and the carrier. get it square and straight and weld it up. then put some reinforcement on the sides. is it a round or square tube swingarm?

Thanks fellas,

It is a square tube. I was thinking of having it reinforced from the inside, do you guys think it needs reinforced all the way around? Just checked my thread on trading, and looks like flyprerunner is interested in trading, so I might go that route.
