Low speed jetting (air screw adj, or dirty pilot), carb sync, fouled plug or cylinder compression...just a few things to start with.

i put new pluggs in, cleaned the carbs 3 time, tryed to sync the carbs as best as i could. THe guy i bought it off says it has a new top end, but i dont have a compression tester

If you did not pay specific attention to the pilot jets, take the LH carb apart again. We generally have to put a piece of wire in the jet to clear it.

What kind of air filter setup are you running? I had a clogged outerwear cause these symptoms before. Idled OK but as soon as you gave it some gas only one cylinder ran worth a shit. I'd pull your air filter and run it, see if it helps.

i will check the plug gap... both cyliders have good spark... i switched the wires ( since they fire at the same time) and it runs the same .....

Not plug gap, pickup coil gap, where the magnet on the flywheel passes the pickup coil.

If it idles good on both cylinders, I wouldn't think that reeds would be an issue. Now if it didn't run well at idle, and the problem got better as you give it gas, then I would suspect a reed. Reason being is that if a reed is broken, it will bring in too much fuel, causing that cylinder to get flooded when its idling...when you open it up, it'll utilize that extra fuel and start to clean up...it'll rev like shit with a broken reed, but that cylinder will start to run if you give it throttle.

See if you can find someone with a "spare" CDI you can swap yours with, just to rule it out.

i dont thinks electrical again because i switched the plug wires and it does the same thing!! as far as the reeds they look good to me no cracks or breaks... i'm starting to lean towards the carbs.. although there is a chance that there is low compression on the left side, i trust the guy i bought it off (he's a buddy). Any way the i was checking the manual and got into syncing the carbs. I checked the sight glass to line up the mark on the slide and they are way off!! so i started adjusting but i had problems because the glass on the left carb is scratched up. the right carb the mark barely lift into sight. help i'm in distress
