The rear shock on my shee squeaks really bad. Is this common on banshees? It sounds like a dry bushing or something. Is this possible? I thought it may have just needed greasing but that didnt seem to help. Any ideas?

yep, pretty common. My banshee does it a little and I got a banshee shock on the rear of my warrior and it squeeks too. Just put some silicone or wd40 on the shaft and it helps alot.

One of my banshee had a bad squeak when I picked it up. Drove me nuts... Ended up being the upper shock mount/bolt. Not a bad idea to take them out after each season and give the a nice lube job.

try and use a grease if possible. WD-40 is mostly a water dispersant and contains very little lubricant.

It does help on the shock shaft though, gets up in the tight spaces better.
