jenzie Posted December 29, 2007 Report Posted December 29, 2007 (edited) Hello there, I am a new banshee owner from Belgium. I have a question about wich size of mains i have to use and the position of the needle clip. The mods on my shee are K&N single filter pro desing adapter no lid stock engine stock carbs aftermarket exhaust from Doma-Racing its like a FMF or a pro circuit. I have different sizes of mains, 190,200,220,240,280,290,300,325. Thanks Edited December 29, 2007 by jenzie Quote
akita8 Posted January 6, 2008 Report Posted January 6, 2008 I would say 280-300 main and the needle in the center position. Quote
sheerider1026 Posted January 6, 2008 Report Posted January 6, 2008 yeah what he said^^^^ that would be a good startng point, read the plugs and go from there.. whats your alt?? Quote
jenzie Posted January 27, 2008 Author Report Posted January 27, 2008 (edited) Yesterday i put the Doma-racing pipes and the K&N filter on and started to jet the carbs, no lid on the airbox. First i tried 300 mains but i had the feeling it was to rich and the sparks where a little to black. So i tried 280 mains, needle clip in center position and airscrew 1.5 turns out and now it runs very good and sparks are brown. Edited January 27, 2008 by jenzie Quote
