Switching Fattys for T-5s

call Jeff at FAST. he has the turn down filters. they turn down at

a slight angle to create a little more room for the pipes to go thru

there.

also look into some outerwears pre filters, they work and breathe better than

those uni prefilters.

So I bought the T5s, then decided to go with CPI SB Inframes. I ordered them yesterday 1/29 from Frogger (thanks, man) and they should be here tomorrow, 1/31.

 

So now I'm looking at a Brand New set of T5s in that brown box direct from Toomey... I may have to find a new home for them!!

 

Not that my 'shee was a slug or anything, but these should wake it up!!

But really, thanks for your help in my choosing the CPIs.

 

Will I have to get a set of rear hangers or are the usually included with the pipes? My fattys just bolt straight up to the bar.

 

Anyone have a favorite pipe collar I should take a look at? I bet my Cascade collar for the Fattys won't fit.

I dont think you will have a hard time selling those Toomeys..

But Im dying to see some pics of the CPI's on the shee...Please post them when you get them on...

Did you get a set of pipe clamps or Couplers? I would recomend the RIS Design's. They have 4 viton orings that seal up the pipe. They have a knerled finsish so you can tighten them down pretty good by hand.
