I usally stay in a motel that early in the year. if you wanna go and free ride and just about have the dunes to your self this is the time to do it! Quote

Normally, you're ok...but, if they're bein pricks, it will have to say USFS Forrestry approved Spark Arrestor on it. Ironic....it's Silver Lake Dunes, not silver lake forest, but...what do I know?? scuba147 Posted March 24, 2008 Report Posted March 24, 2008 I made my own spark arrestor and got away with it for 3 yrs until some a-hole said they were not legal spark arrestor blah blah blah--the stick stopped a few inches in but i think he had a stick up his ass. I now have stamped spark arrestors and never have a problem. I'll be up there april 20,21--not as crowded on sundays or mondays. Hope weather is nice next weekend for you. Quote
